1. General By accessing or purchasing from RaeLynn Artistry (raelynnartistry.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services RaeLynn Artistry offers digital downloads, print-on-demand products, and custom commission artwork. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

3. Digital Downloads All digital products are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been downloaded or made available, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any digital artwork purchased from RaeLynn Artistry.

4. Print-on-Demand Products Physical products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print provider. Production and shipping times may vary. RaeLynn Artistry is not liable for delays caused by the fulfillment provider or shipping carriers. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on returns.

5. Custom Commissions Commission work is subject to our Commission Agreement, which is established prior to work beginning. By agreeing to a commission, you acknowledge that the agreement is binding, payment is non-refundable, and the work includes up to 3 revision rounds. RaeLynn Artistry retains the right to display commissioned work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Intellectual Property All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of RaeLynn Artistry. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as outlined in a commission agreement. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

8. Limitation of Liability RaeLynn Artistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
