1. Digital Downloads Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping applies to digital orders.
2. Print-on-Demand Products Physical products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.
3. Shipping Times Once an order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RaeLynn Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment provider, shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
7. International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. RaeLynn Artistry is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RaeLynn Artistry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
